The Belarusian-Polish joint commercial company (JCC) "GRODFOOD" was registered and began its activity in 1996. The company’s main activity was to produce canned meat, smoked products, sausages and ham.

The manufacture of meat production was based on the Polish technology borrowed from the polish founder, which produced the same products in Poland.

JCC "GRODFOOD" has sold its production both within the territory of Belarus and beyond of its bounds. Growing volumes of export and demand for the production made it possible to increase productive capacity and work within the territory of the Free Economic Zone.

The join limited liability company Belarusian-Polish enterprise "Belorusskije konservy" was registered in October 31, 2003 within the territory of the Free Economic Zone. Later, in August 25, 2005 it was renamed as JLLC "KVINFOOD".

The enterprise has changed not only the name. The assortment of products was reconsidered and the decision of narrowing the specialization was accepted. Now JLLC "KVINFOOD" produces: pate, tushonka and canned ham.

JLLC "KVINFOOD" buys raw materials from leading producers in Central and Western Europe and the USA. The first class raw materials guarantee the high quality and competitive prices of final products. The confirmation of this are rewards and nominations: the Best Product of the Year 2002, 2003, 2004, 2005, 2006, 2007; membership in the European Leaders Trade Club (2004).

JLLC "KVINFOOD" sells its products not only within the territory of Belarus. The basic market for sale is Russia. The company also supplies its production to Moldova and to the Ukraine.

JLLC "KVINFOOD" belongs to the group of enterprises "MISPOL". The Company has placed its shares at exchange of securities in Poland. The principal activity of Mispol Group is to produce and distribute canned meat, pate and half-finished products. Given production is realized in Poland and other EU countries, in the CIS, in the Balkans and Israel. Today the Mispol Group owns two manufacturing enterprises in Poland and one in Belarus (JLLC "KVINFOOD" – the resident of FEZ "Grodnoinvest").
